This is a long shot, but: Does anyone know of surgeons in the PNW who do trans top surgery on people with higher BMI? (Mine's 38, and the first office I talked to won't work with anyone whose BMI is over 35.)

There’s a reason for that; you’re 20x (or more) likely to die on the table, or soon thereafter. I couldn’t find info for that specific type of surgery, but surgery is way more dangerous when you’re fat. And no, it’s not due to fucking medical discrimination.
