This is a bit unfair to some women, but also true. Women have absolutely no idea (and therefore believe it doesn’t occur) how much grinding over years it takes to actually go from a low-value to a high-value man in the dating market. And the things Max mentions can and do help you get there, if not taken to misogynistic extremes.
As a man, you have to work out, make a lot of money, be relatively charming and have your life together otherwise to be seen as remotely human by most women. Even men who women believe “naturally” have all of this — trust me, ladies, they do not. Nearly every one of them worked hard for it over many years. That guy you believe is “naturally fit?” Believe me, he very much is not. It’s a lot of time in the gym. That dude who you think is “naturally” charming? Also nope. He got rejected 3,000 times to achieve that.
Women believe insane things about men and and their lives. Far worse than men believe about women, mostly.
One of the reasons this occurs is women simply do not have to be curious about nor understand men very well. They will get approached regardless and they know this. However, men have to understand women and their point of view. There is just no choice.
