Wow, Last.fm really did not want me to have an account for some reason. I needed one of their API keys, and I tried 9 different browsers, four different ISPs, six different email addresses and three different OSes before one worked (using an Azure exit point in East US on a generic Windows VM using a temporary email address on a rarely-used domain I have access to).
There is protecting against bots and then there is whatever this modern shit is. Can’t believe I had to go through all that hassle.
Great performance. But I’m wondering if they could try lighting the front of the performers rather than their backs? Crazy idea, I know.
