Faker

One of the disadvantages to being smart is that I assume — almost always correctly — that I can figure out how to do something expeditiously as it’s needed. Unfortunately, that means I often neglect learning topics or areas deeply as I have no need to do this. I can “fake” it as required.

It’s often better, though, to study something more thoroughly than that even if one can get by with just showing up and using brute intelligence to power through. The Tony Stark method leads to shallowness of approach and understanding.

Something I am still working on.
