Why does nobody train calves?
The last time more than one guy was spotted doing calf raises was during
Antiquity.Training calved is underrated.
Strong calves aid your squat and leg press.

I train calves! Do 120+ calf raise reps at least twice a week holding 105 pounds, 52.5 pounds in each hand. Would hold more but that’s as big as my dumbbells are.
