Has anyone noticed that Google has gotten….bad at searching for things?

This has been true for a while. Google has absolutely no interest in helping you find what you are looking for and instead it’s 100% in their interest to point you to what makes them the most money or shapes politics the way they’d prefer.
Google is an absolutely atrocious search engine now that can generally find only the most recent information, and often the most useless instances of it at that.
Image search is even worse than their text search. Search on the internet is now back to where it was in 1998 or so in quality — the alternative search engine are sometimes better, yes, but even they aren’t great because they have almost no money compared to Google.
