Yep. No interest in watching women’s tennis (my favorite sport to watch) if men can dress up as women to compete in it. (Men have greater upper body strength, so on that advantage alone men-dressed-as-women would win 80-90% of the matches.)

I don’t see the difference at all. Anyway, notice how the question is worded. It’s deceptive; it’s not actually measuring what the feminist ragesplosion thinks it’s measuring. The wording was, “the age of women who look best to him.”
With rare exception, the average 20-year-old woman is going to be more physically pulchritudinous than the average 40-year-old. That’s just life, and that’s what the wording means. Who “looks best to me” is not necessarily who I want to date, or to be in a long-term relationship with. That’s true of most men. (And you know what: most women will definitely have a short-term fling with a much younger man, and will admit it if you phrase the question right!) Is it really so shocking, especially in completely obesity-ridden cultures, that someone 20 is more beautiful than someone who’s 40 or 50? I mean, come on, that’s not even a fucking insight. It’s a false rage-boggle.
At least 90% of the outrage is due to the desire to eliminate competition from the dating market, because older women who tend to be bitter, do nothing with their lives, and aren’t that interesting and are no longer beautiful absolutely cannot compete on any axis with a 22-year-old. A bunch of wine moms raging against life and nature, with all the baggage of a fucking Airbus A380. Sure, that’s who I’d want to date were I in the market. 🤮

I saw someone assert the other day that one’s wrists do not and cannot get bigger from weightlifting.
This is wrong; they do get bigger. Since I started lifting heavily again, mine are about half an inch greater in circumference. This is because as you lift, your bones, tendons and the muscles in your wrist all get larger.
My wrists are naturally pretty thin but I am sure it is true that their size will increase in everyone, given enough lifting.

This has always puzzled me, too — how resistant people are to using the correct technologies, always wanting to do something unsupported and very, very complex for some notional gain that never materializes.
I’ve been in this exact scenario multiple times.
An “easy button” for multi-DC is like the quest for the holy grail. I explain to my clients that the answer is right in front of them – local IP addressing, L3 routing, and DNS. But they refuse to accept that, draw their swords, and engage in a fruitless war against common sense. Asymmetry, stateful inspection, ingress routing, split-brain, quorums, host mobility, cache coherency, non-RFC complaint ARP, etc.
From what I can gather, because people don’t understand networking and they do understand when things “look the same,” they think it’s easier to have stretch clusters, stretched L2, non-standard ARP configs and all that, not realizing the absolutely enormous amounts of infrastructure complexity just below the surface that must occur for these things to happen.
They are essentially forcing we infrastructure people to use a car as an airplane and that works about as well as you’d expect, particularly when anything goes wrong.
It makes sense, then, that Cisco is making it easier to use a car as an airplane since so many clients demand that.
What’s weird about it is that the correct solution is actually easier and better both for the client and the infrastructure provider, but try telling that to an MBA who thinks he’s an infrastructure expert because he “can configure his home router.”
