Hit 340 pounds on the deadlift tonight! It was a fairly clean one, but could not repeat. But still, a record for me.

Propped Down
Warren has made missteps, but that's not why people don't like her. @AOC's approval rating is underwater. This is what happens when you pick fights with power. They make them seem unlikeable. Ya know it's just weird I don't like her for some reason… https://t.co/oCb2PKszFQ

Agreed. And most people fall for the propaganda completely. If Jay Inslee doesn’t have a chance (he doesn’t), I’ll likely vote for Warren if she wins the nomination.
AOC is the best thing to happen to politics in a long time, and one of the most intelligent politicians I’ve seen in a quite a while. It’s only propaganda that convinces anyone otherwise, and believe me there is millions if not billions of dollars pushing in that direction because she is a real threat.
Calving
Why does nobody train calves?
The last time more than one guy was spotted doing calf raises was during
Antiquity.Training calved is underrated.
Strong calves aid your squat and leg press.
AND they complete your physique.
Big up top and matchstick legs looks stupid. pic.twitter.com/lHGHqDo0BL

I train calves! Do 120+ calf raise reps at least twice a week holding 105 pounds, 52.5 pounds in each hand. Would hold more but that’s as big as my dumbbells are.
When
When we have more space for it, I need a Smith machine and some sort of cable machine so that I can do proper pull exercises.
Generally, one should use free weights most of the time, but machines are unbeatable for certain exercises and since I have poor balance, a Smith machine is good for squats.
