I’ve been researching the history of television cameras, as that’s the sort of thing I do, and I discovered there was once a class of television cameras called the “creepy-peepy.”
I guess someone thought of a walkie-talkie and just ran with it. Or, rather, creeped.
Here is a creepy-peepy in action.

That’s pretty much it, right there. Mostly, though, I believe this is an attempt to force a false choice, to guarantee the rich retain all their resources in the face of climate change. That is, they wish to force the hoi polloi to see plant-based garbage food as good and worthy by propagandizing even worse choices like “cockroach milk.”
And so far, that propaganda effort seems to be working perfectly. I kind of admire their drive and tenacity a bit while still thinking they should be strung up from the rafters.
So much of what passes for "wisdom" on twitter is people rediscovering ancient and basic knowledge
Tribes are important
Eat whole foods
being outside is good for you
Move your body
Don't spend time with poisonous people
be patient
Focus is one thing at a time

The reason is capitalism is inimical to the requirements of human flourishing; therefore, these prior known goods have been denigrated and denied to large portions of the population. Modern neoliberal capitalism is opposed to anything other than power and profit, in that order.
That’s why we’ve “forgotten” these basic truths.
