I used to take lots of photos with friends & share them on social media all the time. Now, it seems rude to post photos with other people's faces. Social norms change fast

And most people tell you they don’t really change at all!

Yet in my lifetime it’s gone from only utter much-hated geeks ever touched a computer or any tech, to everyone having a computer and a smartphone and it was weird if you weren’t on MySpace, or later Facebook, and now many are returning to it being odd to share photos with others in them as it serves you up on a buffet to the surveillance corps.

So things change fast and as they change, nearly everyone will tell you it’s just like it’s always been.
