I just want to say if anyone pulled that kind of shit on me below, I will find you. I have the time, resources, and interest.
I don’t doxx people. I show up at your house myself. So much more efficient and fun.

My brother's friend had dumb jokes in his Hinge profile abut how much he loves money and hot people, so one of the women who saw it said she was reported him to his bosses. pic.twitter.com/XOTpTcf4aR

But cancel culture is fakkkkkkkke!
2020 was the year where a broad coalition of journalists from Teen Vogue, the NYT, the Wirecutter, Gizmodo and Bon Apetit found together to tell Noam Chomsky and Salman Rushdie that censorship is good and freedom of speech is dangerous oppression. Interesting times.

Censorship always seems like a good idea until it turns on you. Then it’ll be, once again, “hoocoodanode?”
Couples seated in a bar in 1959, Pittsburgh, it is headlined.
And for once, I agree! Prices, clothes, hairstyles, type of chair, the metal edge of the table, the beer bottles, all of that is characteristic of the 1955-1960 period. If it’s not actually 1959, it’s damn close.
The best way to tell you’ve become a good photographer is that a significant percentage of the people who see your work accuse you of the photos being “staged.”
Why yes, I staged that bird landing there. I am like Snow fucking White — I have the goodwill of all animalkind, and can control the weather, too! I’m like some blend of Storm from X-Men and Cinderella, all in the service of a more perfect photo. Right-o, buddy. You got me.
It’s 84 degrees now at 12:14 am in Florida. Yep, need that AC.

Ahhhhhh…I remember those cups! The ice cream parlor my grandparents took me to when I was a wee little hellraiser had those. Everyone remembers the 90s cups, but the ones from the late 70s/early 80s were better.
Cute photo, though.
The problem is that the word bans never end, and they never help. It’s just performative nonsense, just as with the banned Scrabble words. Prosecuting thoughtcrime doesn’t change the world because the system is still there.
It makes libs happy because they understand the world through the interface of words, but matters very little in the end other than making them feel like they are doing something while forestalling real action.
Glad the “experts” are catching up with me. Here’s what I wrote way back in April.
Iโm guessing the eventual Covid-19 death toll from the beginning and up to the next eight months will be 300,000 in the US.
I hate being right, but I’d rather be right than an utter dumbass. I’m still predicting around 300K. No one listens to me because I have no shiny credentials, yet I am right more than they are. Fancy that.
Very bad things ahead for the US. As I said there would be.
This was an easy prediction to make; one of the easiest. It’s not my problem how many of you are in denial. Even beyond the effects of the pandemic, the plutes are using this opportunity to remake the economy as they prefer it to be: more people in precarious positions, more gigs and contingent labor, with higher unemployment as a default. This keeps wages low.
The move to neo-feudalism proceeds, greatly accelerated by the virus and its effects.
The Red Hot Chili Pepper’s “Every woman has a piece of Aphrodite” is such a great lyric. I’m envious of the concision and the apothegmatic righteousness of that line even after all these years.
Here’s why having air conditioning in Florida is a must: it was over 82 degrees outside after midnight tonight. And we don’t live in an urban heat island.
So when some dumbass northern lib says AC isn’t necessary, realize they live in Frigistan, Minnesota, and need AC for half a day a year.

Just divided up in more different ways. They want diversity in their segregation!

I do meet these requirements and I’ve been in IT for nearly 20 years — and it took me that entire time to do so.
No one at the intern level will (or should) even have 1/20 of this.
