We do not yet know if the vaccines curb transmission, though it is reasonable to hope they might.
We do know this about at least one vaccine, and since most of the released ones are similar, they probably do as well.

It’s a general rule in virology that as a virus becomes more transmissible it also become more deadly, so I was surprised to read that this was not the case with SARS-Cov-2.
