US and NATO have reportedly sent 17,000 anti-tank weapons to Ukraine.
Javelins are very devastating weapons, and no Russian-made tank can stand against one. They have a very high kill rate, too. Not sure how many of those 17,000 are Javelins (probably a few hundred), but I would not want to be in any tank with those around. I’ve seen what they do.

No way that’s correct. I’d estimate based on the dispositiion of and equipment possessed by Ukrainian forces that Russian losses are probably a quarter that. Still significant, but those numbers are impossible.
At least the pandemic blue state scoldy bed-hiders have been mostly silenced by the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Totally not worth it. I won’t even say it’s a “good” thing to come out of a horrible war. But still, it has been nice. May they be quiet forevermore.

I linked to the headline in an attempt to be charitable, but that is one of the worst and most senseless posts I have ever seen on that (or any) site. It’s nearly incomprehensible, and as much as I can determine what it’s attempting to say, it is odious. It’s the obverse of Ian Welsh’s goofy realpolitik, but somehow even worse.
It’s just such a wacky (but not in a good way) mishmash of hogwash and flimflam that one wonders if it’s a joke. But it apparently is not.

But why? Infinite scroll usually means I leave a page immediately because I can’t tell how much of the page I have left to read. The moment I notice infinite scroll, I’m out.
I know I don’t think like most people, but infinite scroll means I don’t have vital knowledge to use a page so I just don’t use it unless I absolutely have to. No so hard.
