After losing weight, I realize how gross being overweight was.
Yep. Fuck the Fat Acceptance clowns.

Most women hate being complimented in public, but every guy in the history of ever remembers every single rare time that he has ever received a compliment from a random woman in public and holds it like a little treasure.
For instance, the last verbal compliment I got in public from a woman was at a Wawa in Bradenton, Florida, a few months before the pandemic. I was wearing one of my work Oxford shirts, and the petite, cute cashier said just out of the blue, “I like your shirt. It looks really good on you.*”
I’m way more suave than I used to be and I managed to say, “Thank you. I’m going to be waiting in your line now even if it’s the long one.”
*No, for the doubters, this wasn’t the corporate “be nice to everyone” training customer service people get these days. I saw this cashier somewhat regularly and she was very shy and quiet and rarely spoke to anyone much.

I want to address a narrative that we see around womenโs sport and inclusion (particularly from those who seek to exclude trans women & women with sex variations from womenโs sport), and how this narrative is part of a bigger pattern that functions to keep women small pic.twitter.com/m5WBYnqzhx

This is physiologically absolute horseshit. It’s absurdly wrong. It’s comically wrong. Yes, women were excluded sometimes because the top 0.000001% of women could compete against the top 0.00001% of men in rare situations.
But the reality is that the average woman’s upper body strength is only 30-35% of the average man’s, and that advantage persists (to a somewhat lesser degree) no matter how much a woman works out. Lower body strength is a little closer — somewhere in the neighborhood of 60% as much. This is supported by an absolutely overwhelming amount of evidence, by the way. (And realize that at the elite level of sports, 0.5% differences matter a great deal.)
In short, for the most part, women can be competitive in sports where strength isn’t as big an issue or ultra-endurance is required: shooting, curling, ultra-marathons, etc. Otherwise even elite-level women will just get easily beaten by merely average male competitors.
This is part of the “biology doesn’t exist” narrative. These people are fucking insane. As someone who really enjoys watching women’s sports, it’s going to be sad to see them destroyed.
One of the disadvantages to growing up where and how I did is this: people used fake kindness to bully and harm me, so it took many years to realize that people being kind to me was not some trick or trap, and that they did mean it.
I’m sorry to all the people I was hostile to after they said or did something kind for me when I was younger. Reflexive response due to shitty childhood.
