That looks like a software error to me. The pilot put it down too hard but the plane shouldn’t have done what it did even with the pilot causing issues. The F-35 has built in stability control and that seems to have fucked up somehow (maybe because the plane got “confused” by the wheel touch and bounce.)
Mild pilot error combined with large software error.
