She is right, as has been clear for a while; the Baltics and likely Poland would’ve been up next if Russia had succeeded easily and quickly in Ukraine. Then, perhaps Finland as well. Having already fought more than one bloody war against Russia, Sanna Marin and Finland in toto operate under no illusions about the Russian threat.

Many people there still alive recall losing relatives to Russian invasion. It’s not some nebulous faraway risk like it is to clownish American leftists.
