Whose Impossible?

I’ve been doing my “impossible” celebrity workouts for years now. I’m 46. It’s not even that hard honestly. I could work out even harder if I wanted to, for diminishing returns. And no, I don’t have good genetics and am not particularly athletic.

What are people even talking about when they claim these workouts are impossible? I worked out 4x this much in the army.

I’ve also never been injured and never had any issues (other than minor tendon soreness) due to my workouts. It just seems for most people “impossible” equates to “mildly inconvenient.”

Aella

Aella could discover cold fusion, cure cancer, and make a warp drive and she would still be laughed at in academia. If her ideas actually worked, they’d be stolen (as many already have been) and attributed to someone else who was ritually permitted to wield the Holy Science.

In my own case, it has been economics ideas that are now widely accepted and/or openly debated. When I had and promulgated these same ideas 15-20 years ago, they were laughed at, called “ludicrous” and I was called in an econ forum thread (and I’m quoting here) a “fucking retard.” One of the people berating me in that thread now advocates those same ideas. Funny how that works. Wish I’d saved all that as the forum is long gone now.

It’s hilarious academic mooks talking about Aella’s surveys being worthless when those same people survey WASP college students age 18-22 and think that’s representative of all humanity. Just…how?
