The current Republican political strategy is to use trans people as a means to overturn the civil rights act of 1964 on the grounds of religious freedom.
They’re not aiming for bostock, and trans people aren’t their main target.
They’re trying to bring back segregation.

And even though we were called “insane” for saying it at the time by bien pensant pseudo-liberals, the main point of banning abortion was to attack and then eliminate contraception and to roll back women’s freedom in the sexual and other realms.
