I was there. Exercise/gym clothing was much much much much much more revealing in the 1980s, for women and men. This was in pre-prudish times, so of course it was.

It was not at all uncommon to see a woman wearing basically a bikini and working out back then. I remember glancing at some woman working out in a park about 1988 or so and I couldn’t tell right away if she had any clothes on at all. She did, but just barely.

This is happening now with all careers in red states, not just professors. And it’s going to get worse. We’re two of the smart people leaving and like most trends that are actually helpful, I’m ahead of that one. Many, many more will follow us out.

A few years ago, was also told this was “impossible.” It’s pretty cool that impossible stuff just keeps happening.

You can tell something has gone very, very wrong with Gen Z because you’ll see posts on Reddit from them asking things like, “Is it harassment and immoral that I’m actually attracted to my boyfriend?” Or, “My girlfriend turns me on. That’s wrong I think?”
