Still trying to figure out why so many neo-Tankies (Noam Chomsky, Ian Welsh, etc.) hate Ukraine and the Ukrainian people so much, and love Putin. Fucking Putin!

Why they see what Putin is doing as anti-imperialist I cannot even fathom. Invading another country, committing genocide and blowing up schools and supermarkets…yeah, that’s very anti-imperialist right there. Makes complete sense.

That the US is helping Ukraine doesn’t make Russia some savior. I will never understand that brand of “logic.” Mainly because it’s the logic of complete dumbasses.
