I have burned through so many books that I often cannot remember I’ve read a book until I get 10-20 pages into it and realize, Oh yeah, now I remember all this.

Have done that twice in the last few weeks.

One of the reasons women’s dating advice to men is nearly 100% useless is that women don’t have to actually do much to get tons of interest. Women — especially attractive women — have no goddamn idea how much work men put in, for how few results.

Think it’s a chore to shave your legs? Try 500 approaches and 500 rejections. That’s not me being an incel; that’s just an average man’s life. I’m not bitter about it but it is reality. That so many women won’t accept how terrible rejection feels makes sense when you realize that many attractive women have never or only very, very rarely been rejected in their entire lives. (And this shows when they do get rejected; it often breaks them.)

Only super-hot and rich men like Paul Newman* rarely experience rejection and he was one in a million or more.

So, the more attractive the woman the worse her dating advice (for men) will be as she’s never had to work at it. She could crawl out of a dumpster covered in maggots and 100 guys would be lined up to date her.

This is absolutely not how dating works for men.

*There was a story I read somewhere about someone watching Paul Newman proposition 30 different women and all accepting. Jesus Christ.

The more my arms are showing in public, the better treatment I get from the average woman (especially).

Yet I was told that women weren’t visual at all, and didn’t care about such things? Ha. NOPE. LIES.

I think this is better than the original. The Olivia version is bratty. And I like bratty and especially Olivia’s variant of same! But the Tove Lo version is just deeper and has more going on emotionally.

Now this is a hard song on the drums. Those polyrhythms! Damn impressive.
