Do people who sneeze really loud have a choice?
Not really. I have a very loud sneeze and cannot help it. If I attempt to stifle it, it’s painful. When I was younger doing that would also cause my nose to bleed. Fortunately, that doesn’t happen anymore.
It’s just gonna be loud.
