Also, wokesters and their cancel culture made the internet a lot worse. Combine those two and you have the anesthetized HR-ized borefest we have now. Also, this person sounds too young to remember the earlier era (pre-2004) where it was even more Wild West.
It’s funny to see people positioning Walmart as some ethical, better alternative to Amazon. That’s some serious crack smoking going on there. Same with Target. Not one of those companies is better than any other. It’s just which has the superior propaganda operation at the moment.
And I got no dog in this fight; I patronize them all.
