True. In the Western countries, if we just eliminated the 5% of men who commit nearly all sexual offenses they’d drop by something like 99.95%.
Pseudo-feminists get incensed about “not all men.” But it really is a relatively-small percentage who are the perps. As every man knows but few women seem to realize. (Perhaps because women’s “bad man” detectors are severely broken, but men know a douche within 1/5 of a second of seeing one?)
