AI is useful in many instances and for many use cases. Just like everything else in known existence, most people are not that smart and thus are bad at using it.
Intelligence is multiplicative. That applies to AI just as much as it does anywhere else. Perhaps more so.
(In other words, smart people do smart things with AI. Dumbasses do dumbass things. Just as it always was and ever will be.)
Why does the internet today feel so much “softer” compared to the 2005–2012 era?

It’s funny to see people positioning Walmart as some ethical, better alternative to Amazon. That’s some serious crack smoking going on there. Same with Target. Not one of those companies is better than any other. It’s just which has the superior propaganda operation at the moment.
And I got no dog in this fight; I patronize them all.

Europe is done.
As I’ve posted before on this blog and will probably continue to reiterate, a long-term (known her for 15 years) online friend of mine was forced to flee her home city of Munich by North African migrants. The last straw was after she witnessed a gang rape perpetrated by those demons migrants from her apartment window.
