Notice that China is being a lot quieter and more reticent now. Though they have made their own mistakes, they are smart enough to dial it back while their rival self-destructs.

As long as we do their work for them, they will bide their time and let the MAGA doofs and associated idiots destroy the nation.

It’s what I’d do in their place as well, to be fair. As I’ve said before, the wise do not interrupt an enemy when it’s making a mistake.
