Workin’ It

My workouts in the past 24 hours (in two phases):

Phase I:

  • 30 overhand pull-ups (bodyweight)
  • 105 push-ups (bodyweight)
  • 24 isolation curls with 80 pounds
  • 30 flat dumbbell presses with 45 pounds in each hand (90 pounds total)
  • 60 bench dips (bodyweight)

Phase II:

  • 30 lunges with 45 pound dumbbells in each hand (90 pounds total)
  • 30 goblet squats with 45 pound dumbbell
  • 30 leg curls with 105 pounds
  • 60 weighted crunches with 20 pound dumbbell
  • 210 scissor kicks (bodyweight)

In case anyone is wondering what I am doing to get the results that I am seeing. I usually work out with my partner. Each workout takes about an hour or so when we do them together. Some days take longer โ€” deadlift and bench press days are the lengthier ones, taking maybe an hour and a half.
