My workouts in the past 24 hours (in two phases):
Phase I:
- 30 overhand pull-ups (bodyweight)
- 105 push-ups (bodyweight)
- 24 isolation curls with 80 pounds
- 30 flat dumbbell presses with 45 pounds in each hand (90 pounds total)
- 60 bench dips (bodyweight)
Phase II:
- 30 lunges with 45 pound dumbbells in each hand (90 pounds total)
- 30 goblet squats with 45 pound dumbbell
- 30 leg curls with 105 pounds
- 60 weighted crunches with 20 pound dumbbell
- 210 scissor kicks (bodyweight)
In case anyone is wondering what I am doing to get the results that I am seeing. I usually work out with my partner. Each workout takes about an hour or so when we do them together. Some days take longer โ deadlift and bench press days are the lengthier ones, taking maybe an hour and a half.
