Aye. Multi-pass overwrite DOES NOT work on SSDs. This is why the DoD and other high-security places mandate SSDs be destroyed if they contained top secret or secret data, as they cannot be re-used. The data on an SSD is impossible to delete reliably. Even vendors who claim to have a secure delete capability probably donโt.
