There were no pull-ups done in that video. Sorry. When you only go halfway down, itโs more than twice as easy. Try full-hang and see how many you can do.
Not that heโs doing nothing, but I can do 14 full-hang overhand pull-ups, and I could probably do 40+ of those half ones. Do a full pull-up and come back to me.
