Indeed. It is possible to be a vegetarian (but not a vegan) and not appear to be ever on the verge of death, but it takes careful diet management. While being a vegan itโs basically impossible. Every vegan Iโve ever seen looked corpse-like and had poor muscularity. The only exceptions are people who had recently become vegan or who cheated frequently.
