Hereโ€™s what you need: as Iโ€™ve said before, about an hour a day 4-5 times a week of hard workout while eating fairly well will do it.

Thatโ€™s it. Thatโ€™s all. Itโ€™s part of โ€œdiet cultureโ€ to tell people they need personal trainers, thousands and thousands in equipment, special supplements and the like. Thatโ€™s all bunk.
