I’ve encountered that! A girlfriend’s near-80 grandfather drove like a maniac. Skillfully, not like a typical old person, but speeding everywhere, inadvisable passes, the works.

I asked him why he drove so…spiritedly and he said (and I quote), “You never know when I’m going to kick off! Got to get there fast before I bite it!”
