Not First

You know youโ€™ve been in IT a long time when you help a completely separate customer use and configure their own custom in-house developed product, and know how to do so better than they do, even though you first saw it five minutes ago and they have worked there for years.

Howโ€™s that even possible? Donโ€™t ask me. But it is, because I just did it. And not for the first time.
