I think we’re hugely, hugely underestimating the mental health toll of the pandemic and associated lockdowns and social isolation. How do you compare that to lives lost? You can’t, really. They are incommensurate. However, the lockdown lovers and Covid absolutists should at least consider this. (Spoiler alert: they won’t.)
