This is *thousands of times* lower than their risk from bicycles, school buses and swimming pools.
Parents take far greater risks with their kids every day.

Doubt itโs quite that low, but itโs pretty low (think this is an example of a common statistical mistake of attempting to multiply probabilities, and it doesnโt really work that way). Anywway, anti-vaxxers driving like mad but refusing to get the jab, etc. Makes no sense.
Donโt want a life of hiding inside crying due to minor and easily-ameliorated risks, but a lot of people sure seem to want that very much.
