I donโt know why because I havenโt done anything unusual or started shooting up โroids or anything like that, but in the last few months my muscles have gotten quite a lot larger and more defined after a good bit of not many noticeable changes.
Have just been doing my normal workout routines that Iโve basically been doing for years now. Maybe itโs a little more protein in my diet or something. Whatever the cause, Iโll take it.
