Goaldammit

Very good and reasonable goals. My bench press is right at that, and I can do more than 10 pull-ups. Not sure what my bodyfat percentage is, but definitely below 15%. Donโ€™t have any grandkids and never will, though.

The goals above above do not guarantee good health, but it sure puts you on the path that is more likely to lead that way and stay there. I know, I can hear the Fat Acceptance howlers screeching that โ€œBeing fit doesnโ€™t mean youโ€™re healthy! Wahhhh!โ€ But thatโ€™s how Iโ€™m betting and how anyone who is not a total asscclown would wager too.
