People can't stay locked down forever. Covid-19 is here to stay; if you're vaccinated you're more likely to die in a car accident than you are to get sick at a convention.

If YOU don't want to go to an event, don't. Nobody will judge you harshly for not feeling safe right now.

Yep. Introvert anti-social people (Hello, this used to be me! Less so now.) really really underestimate the need that many people have for social interaction in person.

How to make them understand? Perpetual lockdown isn’t any kind of answer.
