It’s nice that the vaccinations prevented infection, and often still do (even against Omicron). But they were unfortunately poorly sold to people like Brooke. The purpose of the vaccines was not to prevent you from getting infected. Their goal is to prevent you from going to be hospital, being intubated, and then dying. That’s what the vaccines are for and that’s how they should have been discussed for the most part except among specialists.

But it’s too late now. That feline is out of its sack and ambulating around the premises at will.
