The new CDC-recommended quarantine period seems about right, given the science? Not sure why everyone is complaining about it. It matches pretty well we know about likelihood of transmission, etc.

No one actually “believes the science” or whatever BS various groups spout. It’s all some political game. Anyway, it hardly matters; omicron is the end of the pandemic. By spring or early summer 2022, it’ll all be over.
