To all of you who are under 40, Iโm telling you, get in shape before 40 because after that you can maintain, but walking the line between building strength/stamina and injuring yourself is extremely perilous

I have had no problems, and I work out very hard. Iโve done more than maintain, too. Iโve made myself far more muscular and am several times stronger than I was four years ago.
