imo the truly degenerate or oppressive society isn't the one that has either exorbitant sex or sexual repression, but rather one that says "you don't know what will make you happy, *I* know what's truly good for you"

I very much agree with Aella here. I am just as opposed to the liberal authoritarians as I am the conservative ones. There are many on both sides, all attempting to make me do things “for my own good.”

To anything like this, I have an extreme aversion.
