Indeed. As the decibel scale is as noted logarithmic, so 600dB would be significantly more energy than the largest supernova ever. That much energy released at once would tear apart the entire galaxy (really) and probably any neighboring ones too.
(In other words, no way that horn does 600 decibels.)
