#NEW Moody's Analytics once again downgrades its U.S. housing market outlook:

Peak-to-trough, U.S. home prices expected to fall 10%.

Peak-to-trough, significantly "overvalued" U.S. housing markets expected to fall 15% to 20%.

That outlook assumes NO U.S. recession.

I predict a fairly severe recession and 30% fall in most housing markets — some 50% or more.
