It was amusing when the Russians failed to take Kyiv and Putin-worshipping tankies like Welsh and Chomsky were like, “Oh, they totally meant to lose 1/4 of their force and equipment. It was a feint. A most clever trick by the glorious mega-genius Putin.”

And they seemed to really believe that. Like, sincerely. However, no one in the history of EVER in fucking military matters sends the main part of their invasion troops in a feint where they then lose more than a 1/4 of that force while doing almost nothing else anywhere significant at the same time.

This is just not how you do war. What a buncha clowns.
