One reason Biden is a much better President than Obama is that there’s just no cult of personality around Biden. He has to actually do stuff to have people like him.

Obama had unachievements yet people worshipped him no matter what he did (mostly nothing). Biden has actually done some good things because he was forced to. A huge difference there.
