There are a lot of hypotheses about obesity but I think personally the thing that really most informs me here is that if you put an open box of oreos in front of me I will have a really hard time not eating them regardless of how hungry I am or knowing that it’s bad for me.

I don’t like Oreos* — they taste like fucking trash — but even if I did, open all you want in front of me. I will not eat them. I’m driving this fucking bus, buddy, and I decide where it’s going. And I like telling people no. Even including myself.

Not doing something is just incredibly easy for me.

*I do like Oreos in milkshakes. The cold suppresses the crap taste and then it’s more about texture and mouth feel.
