How do nsfw/erotic artists get projects done without being horny all the time?

As a photographer who has taken nude photos of attractive women: if you actually care about the quality of the photos, that is so encompassing you don’t even notice after the first 10 seconds. It’s just another subject. Most often I was photographing friends but even then it becomes academic after the first couple of minutes (many of those friends at that time I’d already seen naked anyway, so it was no big surprise).
