Looks that way. I donโt know anything about that particular vehicle, but that means a nearly-complete suspension change and probably a lot of frame augmentations (additional cross-members and the like) for that kind of stability. Usually those technicals shake like a leaf in a thunderstorm firing those kind of weapons.
