Evolutionary psychology is new fashioned phrenology in the hands of populizers (which means more delusions in anyone reading the science section of news), and it’s not like Americans are some isolated bottleneck gene pool prone to more delusion than other gene pools. In other words, if Americans are more delusional than the rest of the world, I don’t think it’s genetic.
